Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Process customer orders and returns accurately; track shipments
- Handle live chat communications and account-related queries
- Perform data entry, use Microsoft Excel and Word for efficient workflows
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
Candidate Requirements
- Must be able to commute daily or relocate to Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce (eBay knowledge is a plus)
- Must bring a personal laptop for daily office use
