📝 Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee daily civil construction activities at our project site. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil supervision, field coordination, and workforce management, along with the ability to ensure quality standards and timely execution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor on-site civil works as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, labor force, and site engineers for efficient operations
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and project timelines
- Maintain daily progress reports, material usage logs, and labor deployment records
- Assist in managing site logistics and resolving operational issues on-ground
🎯 Requirements:
- Preferably retired JCO / Havaldar from Pakistan Army Engineers Corps
- 5–10 years of experience in civil site supervision
- Prior experience in housing society infrastructure development is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of layout work, RCC structures, utilities, and finishing works
- Physically fit, disciplined, and willing to reside on-site
