We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a small but fast-growing German accounting and taxation company. This is a remote role offering flexible working hours and the chance to work in an international environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
  • Handle company documentation including contracts, invoices, and records.
  • Manage social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google) with consistent branding and engagement.
  • Oversee company profiles and communications on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Utilize online advertising tools to promote services effectively.
  • Assist the CEO in marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to improve marketing outcomes.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Experience in admin support, especially in finance or services (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with social media and online ads.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-driven and able to work in a remote setup independently.
  • German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
