Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Education Coordinator to oversee academic activities, assessments, and overall campus management in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate school campus operations
- Lead the assessment and evaluation system
- Develop and monitor academic plans and performance
- Ensure adherence to educational standards and policies
- Provide teacher training and professional development
- Prepare detailed reports and follow-up on action items
- Coordinate with management and support staff for smooth functioning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education management
- B.Ed., M.Ed., or Master’s degree in Educational Management
- Expertise in assessment and evaluation systems
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 5 years in education management, teacher training, or schooling system (Preferred)
Ability to commute: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Karachi before starting work
