🔹 Job Overview:

We are hiring a committed and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the Head of Fleet Owner Management (ECM1) in improving full lifecycle performance of railway assets. This position plays a critical role in ensuring asset reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Support ECM1 Manager under ECM Regulation (EU 2019/779) concerning fleet safety and asset performance.
Assist in improving Asset Management Systems, registers, lifecycle planning, and configuration tracking.
Track KPIs and maintain RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) performance metrics.
Coordinate Warranty Management tasks like defect logs, claims, and OEM/supplier communications.
Support Supply Chain Management including inventory tracking and part availability with ECM3/4.
Provide technical input in reviewing supplier contracts and validating performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to support data integration across asset, warranty, and supply platforms.
Create dashboards, reports, and management presentations regularly.
Participate in regulatory audits, internal assessments, and cross-team coordination.

🔹 Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering or related technical field.
3+ years of experience in asset management, RAMS, warranty or fleet operations.
Familiarity with ECM (especially ECM1) and EU railway regulations preferred.
Understanding of vehicle lifecycle and asset performance processes.
Strong Excel skills and knowledge of dashboards/reporting tools.
Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Must have local experience working/living in Kazakhstan.
